Regnskapsmedarbeider - Home&Cottage
Vi søker etter en dyktig regnskapsmedarbeider som vil inngå i økonomiavdelingens team på seks personer. Vi er opptatt av å spille hverandre gode, ha det sosialt og gøy på jobb selv i hektiske perioder. For å trives i rollen må du være nøyaktig, ansvarsfull og fremoverlent. Stillingen er selvstendig da du vil ha ansvar for et franchiseregnskap (A-Å) i tillegg til teamets felles ansvar for alle regnskapsoppgaver i morselskapet. Stillingen rapporterer til økonomisjef.
Dine viktigste oppgaver:
- Regnskap A-Å for et franchiseselskap
- Bokføre dagsoppgjør
- Bokføre vare- og driftsfakturaer
- MVA – avstemming og rapportering til myndighetene
- Inn- og utbetalinger inkl remittering
- Bidra til periodeavslutninger og årsoppgjør med avstemminger og avsetninger
- Bankavstemming
- Være en støtte og rådgiver for resten av organisasjonen i regnskapsrelaterte spørsmål
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner:
- God regnskapsforståelse og regnskapserfaring
- Gjerne høyere økonomisk utdannelse, evt dokumentert solid regnskapserfaring
- Kjenner til generelle regler knyttet til mva
- Erfaring med Excel
- Nøyaktig og strukturert
- Ansvarsbevisst
- Behersker norsk skriftlig og muntlig
